Diddy Recovering After Gnarly Car Crash in Beverly Hills

Diddy (Sean Combs) is pretty banged up from a car crash in front of a Beverly Hills hotel Wednesday, but, luckily, he was not seriously injured or hospitalized after the wreck.

"Sean Combs sustained multiple injuries in yesterday’s car accident including to his neck, ribs and collarbone," said the star's rep in a statement today (via Blogster).

"He is currently receiving treatment for these injuries from his physicians and would like to thank all of his fans for the outpouring of support that he has received since the accident."

Law enforcement authorities say the rapper's Escalade T-boned a Lexus sedan after the car turned in front of Diddy's SUV.

All parties involved complained of pain at the time, but Diddy, his driver, and the driver of the Lexus were not hospitalized. A report was taken by law enforcement authorities at the scene, however.

Diddy must be feeling pretty crummy today, but he did have the energy to tweet to his fans. "Woah...that was a close one!" he wrote, next to a framed picture of  those same words. Seriously.
